that idea of "what can they do to stop you" is a really difficult thing to learn, especially when it comes to globals and champions with big reach like zac and talon with R and reksai (im gold 1 atm)
Hey I just checked in practice tool, and Jinx R splash is not based on the primary target's HP/armor. So the damage taken by each target is calculated using its own missing HP and armor. The issue with using it to steal objectives is that the missing-HP bonus damage seems to be capped at ~250 on monsters, pre-mitigation (so it ends up about +200 max on elemental drags and +140 max on elder; I didn't test baron–takes too long–but it'd probably be the same as elder, since it's the same armor).
Another interesting thing: the distance-traveled scaling–on just the base damage, since the missing-HP part is unaffected by distance–is based on Jinx's original location, not her location at impact. Might be relevant if you're trying to R-flash or something.
